Job Description
Sourcing Manager primarily for CAPEX projects (Construction & Manufacturing/Process Equipment) within the Indirect Procurement team.
As Sourcing Manager, you will conduct end to end project sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholder needs.
The position is permanent and it is based in Espoo or Turku with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with global and regional business objectives.
- Collaborate across functions with facility management teams, EHS, manufacturing,engineering, quality, and core business stakeholders to ensure aligned decision‑making and seamless project execution.
