Sourcing Manager – CAPEX Projects (Construction & Manufacturing/Process Equipment)
You will develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies for capital investments, focusing on construction as well as pharma manufacturing and process equipment, including API manufacturing. The role also covers other indirect sourcing activities and supports colleagues in their projects.
The position is permanent and based in Espoo or Turku with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with global and regional business objectives.
- Collaborate across functions with facility management teams, EHS, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and core business stakeholders to ensure aligned decision‑making and seamless project execution.
