Job Summary
We are hiring a result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sourcing and pre-sales for residential. You will build and manage the top-of-funnel, drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and ensure high-quality handoff to closing teams. Strong knowledge of real estate customer journey, channel partners, and RERA compliance is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Lead Generation
Develop and execute sourcing strategy across online, offline, and channel partner networks
Identify and empanel channel partners, brokers, aggregators, and corporate tie-ups Drive campaigns with digital marketing team: property portals, Google, Meta, webinars, events
Tap into NRI, investor, and HNI databases for qualified leads
Achieve monthly sourcing targets for MQLs and SQLs per project
