Job Description
- Collection of EMC from demand planner and updating in the import and local file
- Managing the Categorized Products – Stock status & availability
- To plan, Execute and finalize purchasing with suitable suppliers in the local and international market.
- Finding the new suppliers with competitive pricing and payment terms
- Negotiate with the suppliers in terms of price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Handling and monitoring of claims and shortages with suppliers.
- coordinate with the supplier to ensure on time delivery.
- Support relevant departments with quotations for their new projects.
- Monitoring the stock movement and maintain stock level as per the target.
- To ensure fullest cooperation to assist and support Supply Chain team and perform duties assigned by the SC manager.
