Job Description
This role focuses on high-volume sourcing and recruiting for nontechnical/technical positions that support data center operations, including electrical and mechanical engineering, HVAC, electricians, and engineering technicians. You will partner closely with technical teams and recruiting leaders to design and execute effective candidate generation strategies, manage candidates through a fast-paced interview process, and continuously refine sourcing processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Role is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA
