Our Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in building sustainable, diverse talent pipelines to support high‑volume and mission‑critical roles within Aecon’s sectors. This role focuses on proactive, market‑driven sourcing, identifying and engaging hard‑to‑find talent through a wide range of channels.
What You’ll Do Here:
- Create and execute an external sourcing plan to build strong talent pools and source/hire qualified talent.
- Develop a strong understanding of workforce planning needs and talent roadmap.
- Promote Aecon’s values and workplace culture.
- Deliver on leadership hiring needs and proactively profile quality talent.
- Maintain candidate data in ATS and leverage sourcing tools daily.
- Use data and sourcing insights to inform recruiting strategies.
- Reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies and support cost‑effective recruitment.
