Sous Chef - Catering by Emirates Palace

Position

Chef - Food Catering by Emirates Royal residence (Full time # ). Property/ Workplace: Emirates Royal Residence, Abu Dhabi. Area: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise everyday activities of appointed kitchen area, prep work and distribution/delivery of food products to electrical outlets as well as functions to improve efficiency, quality, service and creativity while preserving hands on strategy.
  • Delegate and appoint responsibilities and levels of functional authority within the Area.
  • Continuously look into present market trends as well as tool food selections based on guest requirement.
  • Manage tips and complaints by tenants/guests/customers to ensure they are handled quickly and effectively.
