The Role
This position supports the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations within a structured restaurant environment. A blend of hands-on cooking and leadership is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support kitchen management, including staff supervision and training
- Assist with rostering, stock control, and ordering
- Ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Step into leadership role in the absence of the Head Chef
About You
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
- Solid all-round kitchen experience across sections
