Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff
Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration
Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Head Chef
Contribute to menu development and innovation
Requirements
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
Background in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or fine dining preferred
