Job Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Function and Events Sous Chef to step into a leadership role within a premium five-star hotel operation. This is not a “learn on the job” position. You’ll need the experience, the composure, and the discipline that only years in quality kitchens can build.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver large-scale event services at a consistently high standard. From daily execution through to stock control, compliance, and team development — you’ll be trusted to run your section properly.
