Key Responsibilities
Menu Development & Promotions
- Develop and enhance Indian menu offerings, including regional specialties (North Indian, South Indian, vegetarian, street food, etc.).
- Design promotional packages, thali combos, festival specials, and seasonal meal deals.
- Standardize recipes, spice levels, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines for consistency and cost control.
- Analyze customer preferences and introduce innovative dishes to increase sales and customer engagement.
