We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

- Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and lead the kitchen team during service and prep
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Help manage prep, production, inventory, and ordering
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
