RoomService gives households their own dedicated private chef — without the cost or hassle. We pair customers with a named chef who cooks personalised meals fresh to order (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and delivers them hot.
Founding Sous Chef & Operations Manager
You’re a chef who thinks like an operator. Your core job is to make the kitchen operation excellent and scalable — designing the prep system, standardising recipes, and controlling food cost so one chef can serve many households without quality loss.
What You’ll Own:
- Kitchen & prep optimisation — design centralised mise en place
- Recipe standardisation & food cost control
- Procurement & supplier management
- Delivery & logistics (riders, routes, on-time hot delivery)
- Chef support & quality assurance
- Daily operations — build SOPs from scratch
Success in First 6 Months:
- Working prep system that scales menus per chef
