About the Role: As Demi Cook De Partie, you are responsible for the preparation and service of cold and hot meals, managing your area, placing orders, and ensuring supply rotation where needed.
Coverage to the Chef de Partie or Chef includes responsibilities and essential job features, such as:
- Preparing and offering high-quality dishes to deliver an outstanding guest and member experience.
- Managing all dishes prepared in your section and ensuring smooth flow of operation.
- Being fully aware of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, and presentation standards.
