About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Yan Melbourne Asian Smokehouse as a Sous Chef. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality dishes to our discerning customers.
