Sous Chef Must be Bilingual

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help lead daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. This role supports the Executive Chef with food quality, prep, line execution, staff supervision, ordering, inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, organized, and able to lead by example during busy service periods.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise prep and line cooks
  • Maintain food quality and consistency
  • Help manage ordering, inventory, and food cost
  • Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Train and coach kitchen staff
  • Support scheduling and labor control
  • Step in wherever needed during service

Requirements:

  • Previous Sous Chef or strong lead cook experience
