SOUS CHEF – Catseye Pool Club / The Sundays Hotel 

Hamilton Island is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join the leadership team at Catseye Pool Club, a premium seafood-focused restaurant located within our new boutique hotel, The Sundays.
