Your responsibilities include
- Leading daily kitchen operations
- Ensuring food quality and proper preparation according to recipe and portion cards
- Supervising pre‑preparation work and ingredient handling
- Guiding and supporting staff during shifts
- Onboarding new employees
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Managing inventory and placing orders
- Developing operations and kitchen processes together with the team
- Participating in daily kitchen work
