Job Summary
The Civilian Harm Mitigation Response (CHMR) Planner is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of programs aimed at reducing civilian harm through collaboration with internal teams and external partners, while providing strategic guidance, reporting, and training support.
Responsibilities
- Review CHMR guidance, policies, and instructions impacting operations and partnerships.
- Schedule, organize, document, and brief working groups and process teams.
- Provide recommendations on the development and management of specialized teams and program structures.
- Produce, edit, and distribute quarterly reports and regular updates on program status, achievements, and challenges.
- Support program funding coordination in alignment with management guidance.
- Develop, revise, and publish standard operating procedures, instructions, and planning documents.<...
