About the team: (IPD) Strategy and Research Department primarily studies external policy changes related to data center infrastructure and the supply chain, responds to impacts from macro‑environment and industrial policy changes, anticipates trends, and provides corresponding strategies. It builds a globally competitive data center infrastructure with strong economic performance and high resilience.
Policy research focuses on geopolitics, using industrial and supply chain policies within a global geopolitical backdrop as focal points. Strategy formulation centers on energy, building a strategic framework for the energy system, systematically studying electricity price policies, grid characteristics, green power construction, and trading mechanisms in core regions of global data center infrastructure.
