Position Overview
As a Safety Specialist at Kiewit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of all personnel. You will serve as the Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), responsible for implementing and managing the Site-Specific Safety Plan, maintaining compliance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards, and fostering a culture of safety excellence.
District Overview
Kiewit's Southeast District specializes in heavy civil, transportation and water resource markets, and has played a significant role in building infrastructure throughout the fast-growing southeastern United States. Since the 1970s, we have built projects from Maryland to Florida and west to Louisiana.
