In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for training new hires and providing continual education for existing drivers at SOUTHLAND. The ideal candidate should hold a Class 1 or 2 'S' endorsed license, possess a solid understanding of the Highway Traffic Act, and maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate classroom training for new trainees
• Conduct daily assessments of driving performance
• Execute on-the-road driving tests
• Track training progress using TrackIt
• Assist drivers with training inquiries and skill development
Requirements:
• Class 1 or 2 driver's license with 'S' endorsement
• Minimum three years driving experience
