Position Overview
We are hiring a Part‑Time Spa Concierge (up to Full‑Time hours available). Immediate need is evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience, while assisting on their scheduling of the perfect treatments - customized to their needs
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Introduces the guest to the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, a tour of our changing lounge and amenities, and helps them to have a seamless experience
- Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special – the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Acts as the brand ambassador, ensuring the guest enters a clean, safe place with the right lighting, music and scent to create a memorable experience
