The Role
As Spa Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the spa and wellness operation, ensuring every guest receives a personalised, seamless, and memorable experience. You will be responsible for spa operations, treatment delivery, revenue growth, product sales, team leadership, guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a premium spa, luxury hotel, wellness retreat, or five-star hospitality environment and will be confident managing both the guest experience and commercial performance of the business.
