The Lodge Spa Manager holds full accountability for the commercial success, operational integrity, and brand excellence of the Spa within the Lodge environment. This role requires a highly visible, emotionally intelligent leader who balances hands-on guest engagement with strategic business oversight, ensuring the Spa performs as a profitable, integrated business unit while delivering an exceptional, personalised wellness experience aligned to Amani standards.
