Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa and wellness facilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 10 staff members
- Ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate staff schedules, operational procedures, and service quality
- Support the development of the wellness offering and help achieve departmental targets
