Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Receptionist role based at Shangri-La Bengaluru. The Spa Receptionist will warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out for spa services, and provide accurate information about treatments, facilities, and promotions. Daily responsibilities include answering phone and in-person inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating with spa therapists, and maintaining an orderly, serene reception area. The role also involves handling billing and payment processes, updating guest records, and ensuring all standards of guest service, hygiene, and safety are consistently met. The Spa Receptionist will collaborate closely with the spa and hotel teams to create a relaxing, seamless experience for every guest.
