About the Role
We’re expanding our Spa team and need a Spa Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact. Responsibilities include managing the reservation system, coordinating telephone, written and email enquiries, resolving guest issues, promoting spa facilities and products, and providing a welcoming, professional atmosphere for guests.
