Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 pm
We are looking for a professional and experienced Spa Receptionist Supervisor to lead front desk operations in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily Spa reception operations
• Manage bookings, guest check-ins & check-outs
• Supervise and support reception staff
• Handle guest queries and ensure exceptional service
• Manage cash-ups, reports, and administrative duties
• Coordinate with therapists and operational departments
Requirements:
-3–5 years Spa or hospitality reception experience
-Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
-Experience in a 4 or 5-star environment preferred
-Knowledge of Spa booking systems & MS Office
