SPA SUPERVISOR & RECEPTIONIST

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule spa appointments and manage the check-in/check-out process.
- Provide excellent guest service, addressing concerns and ensuring a personalized experience.
- Promote spa services, upsell products, and organize promotional events.
- Supervise staff to maintain high standards of service, grooming, and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with spa policies, SOPs, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Aphrodite spa software is a plus.
