About the job
Based at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi within the Spa Department, the Spa Therapist is responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing massage therapies and body treatments as assigned by the Spa Operations Manager. The general responsibilities include monitoring stock, promoting product lines to clients, and keeping all working areas and equipment clean and organized. The Spa Therapist reports to the Spa Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional first impression by welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention, addressing each guest by name.
