- Consistently offer professional, welcoming, and engaging service.
- Perform spa treatments according to established standards, with technical precision and guest communication for specific concerns.
- Adapt music, voice tone, lighting, privacy, and safety to each guest's needs.
- Advise clients on the spa’s treatment programs.
- Prepare treatment rooms to standards and ensure necessary stock is in place.
- Recommend follow-up treatments and products after each appointment and guide guests in their choices.
- Promote and sell spa products.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas.
