When it comes to our AURA Spa and ensuring our guests have a relaxing, therapeutic experience, our Spa Therapists (ST) are the ones in the know. They are incredibly knowledgeable and tuned in to our guests' needs ensuring their Spa experience is at the standard for which we are known.
Throughout the day they can be found tidying their treatment room, restocking products and preparing for their next guest.
