Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and self-driven spa professional to lead the spa experience at Aloita Resort — a boutique luxury beachfront property on a remote island in the Mentawai Archipelago, West Sumatra.
This is a working leadership role. You will both deliver treatments and take ownership of the spa operation — from guest experience and scheduling to product management and standards.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver a full range of massage, beauty, and wellness treatments to international guests
- Manage day-to-day spa operations independently
- Maintain treatment quality, hygiene standards, and guest satisfaction
- Curate and manage spa retail and product inventory
- Develop the spa menu in line with the resort’s luxury positioning
- Train and guide any additional spa staff as the team grows
