Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide massage services and body treatments, using skincare products, props, and hydrotherapy, monitoring guest comfort and safety.
- Assess and document guest contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy) before treatment.
- Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and set up workstations, drapes, and equipment.
- Promote and sell spa services and retail items, maintaining knowledge of the menu, pricing, and current promotions.
- Clean, sterilize, and maintain tools, equipment and treatment rooms; dispose of trash and dirty linens.
- Keep up to date with current techniques, modalities, licensure, and continuing education as required by local regulations.
- Follow Marriott International standard operating procedures for guest conduct, and when necessary, stop treatment and inform a supervisor.
