A Spa Therapist with Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts is responsible for providing a wide range of spa services, including massage therapies and body treatments. This position aims to provide tailored, high‑end experiences that adhere to the hotel’s luxury standards and create an unforgettable guest experience.
What will I be doing
As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for managing and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest experience while helping to achieve sales targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Delivering a diverse range of spa treatments, such as massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and therapeutic services, in accordance with the hotel’s premium standards.
- Conducting personalized consultations with guests to understand their unique needs and customizing treatments accordingly.
