Duties:
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Management:
Develop and execute the overarching business, marketing, and commercial strategies for the spa to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Manage department budgets, P&L (profit and loss) responsibilities, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
Design high-margin wellness packages (e.g., corporate retreats, seasonal packages, and bridal offerings).
Operations & Quality Control:
Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including facility maintenance, scheduling, and inventory management.
Continuously curate and innovate treatment menus and wellness programs aligned with market trends and the brands identity.
Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
