Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Revenue Management: Develop and execute the overarching business, marketing, and commercial strategies for the spa to drive revenue growth and profitability. Manage department budgets, P&L responsibilities, forecasting, and pricing strategies. Design high‑margin wellness packages such as corporate retreats, seasonal packages, and bridal offerings.
