About the Role
In this role you will execute on space planning strategies to support merchandising, capacity optimization and in-store execution across Kohl’s stores. This role will have a primary focus on planogram creation to maximize sales and customer experience while optimizing inventory and space.
What You’ll Do
+ Creates, maintains and updates planograms and floorplans in accordance with merchandise presentation standards and category strategies
+ Analyze reporting and run validation tools to ensure planogram accuracy and merchandise presentation standards are met
+ Identify and resolve any planogram or floorplan updates prior to store communication
+ Own planogram timelines, ensure accurate on time delivery to business partners for review, identify and resolve any changes needed in a timely manner
+ Manage multiple planogram cycles with strong attention to detail and organization
