Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and quantitative background, with hands‑on experience in model development or data‑driven problem‑solving.
  • At least 2 years of experience as quant/data scientist, experience in credit risk and time series modelling will be particularly valued (credit decisioning, IRB, IFRS9, Stress testing)
  • Fluency on at least one of the following programming languages: Python, SAS, R and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non‑technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (including the ability to write professional reports). Other languages will be valued.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client work is essential.
