Qualifications & experience
- Completed at least 2+ years in college / College Graduate
- at least 1 year- overall Customer Service Representative Experience
- Knowledge in US Healthcare, medical terminology, and medical insurance plans (Preferred)
- Must be fluent in Spanish language
