Job Responsibilities
- Delivers best in class customer service throughout the process, for both inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicates updates to Home Lending Advisor(s) on pipeline status and updates customers and third parties related to the transactions. Works daily priorities ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Contacts the customer to discuss the terms and conditions of the loans to ensure understanding and discusses a proposed time frame for the loan signing at the request of, or in the absence of, the Home Lending Advisor(s).
