This role involves providing excellent customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to vehicles, services, and after-sales assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and efficient customer support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, service appointments, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
