We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Spanish Speaking Virtual Medical Assistant to support daily clinical and administrative operations remotely. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers with patient care coordination, administrative tasks, and ensure smooth workflow within the facility. Experience in identifying and addressing care gaps is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Assist physicians and healthcare providers with routine clinical and administrative tasks
Take and update patient medical histories, documentation, and health information
Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment coordination
Maintain accurate records in electronic health record (EHR/EMR) systems
