Responding to spare parts enquiries and providing exceptional customer service Building strong client relationships and driving customer value & support Preparing quotes and coordinating deliveries & returns Proactively connect with customers to increase parts sales and service value Responsible for stock control, including accuracy & safe storage & quality check Provide a Safe Work environment, understanding the importance of good House Keeping Picking & packing together with Loading / Unloading trucks Moderate lifting capacity of 10-20kg for yard work duties Operate Counterbalance Forklift and other equipment Respond to Internal & External emails and other correspondence on various levels
