About the role
The Spclst, Prod Training is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technical training programs for production personnel in an HVAC manufacturing plant. The role focuses heavily on Cu brazing, assembly operations, and standardized manufacturing procedures, ensuring that employees develop and maintain the skills required to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Spclst, Prod Training, you'll be responsible for:
Develop, coordinate, and deliver technical training programs and for operators, technicians, and new hires, with emphasis on: Cu brazing (copper brazing)Welding processes (MIG/TIG, hard soldering) HVAC component assembly Standardized work instructions (SOPs)
