Required Qualifications:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Action Remediation Specialist to implement remote software and firmware deployments, configure devices in RSS, and perform other remediation activities. This role requires deep technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and meticulous documentation practices in an FDA-regulated environment.
- This is a remote role with overnight hours to support our customers based primarily in the US who require downtime to occur at night. Candidates should be comfortable working between 12AM to 8AM EST/ 11PM - 7AM CST/9PM - 5AM PST Minimal weekend/vacation work.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (minimum education requirement).
- 2-3 years of proven applied experience.
- Computer Science, Technology, Healthcare-related education or equivalent work experience.
