Role Overview
Support pupils and students ranging from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools, planning and delivering flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring. Part of a child‑centred company committed to reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people.
Responsibilities
- CPD and employee mentoring: access to the TES CPD suite and professional mentor support.
- Support the SEND Support Team to keep a collaborative team around you and the child.
- Participate in community and company events that share knowledge and resources.
- Take part in the referral programme and earn rewards for successful tutor referrals.
- Plan lessons, report them, and provide regular feedback on student progress.
- Raise the standard of education for children with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD and PMLD through a holistic, trauma‑informed approach.
