Requirements: Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree.
Strong understanding of special education best practices and ethical standards.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Collaborative, proactive, and mission-driven.
Heart for student ministry and Christian education. Preferred Qualifications:
State certification in Special Education.
ACSI Certification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Special Education setting. Desired Skills & Attributes:
Positive, energetic, and student-focused.
Strong leadership skills, especially if serving as Department Head.
Ability to train and support teachers and staff.
