Job Description
Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Teacher is responsible for providing quality learning experiences for students through the best deliverance of the curriculum. To this end, the postholder guides the teaching team, partners with family members, allied professionals, community and other relevant stakeholders, engages in reflective practice and continuously seeks to innovate and enhance teaching and learning practices. Key Responsibilities: Provide Curriculum & Instructional Excellence Plan engaging and well-paced lessons taking account of the diverse learner profiles of students Deliver lessons using evidence-based pedagogy and meaningful activities, to meet the educational needs of individual students Pro-actively facilitate and manage the students and learning environment to enhance motivation and behaviour, and opportunities for learning Facilitate Holistic Student Development Build a strong relationship with students, providing physically, emotionally and socially-sa...
